Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order. Returns received after this period will be denied.
Items must be in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, and with tags attached. Include the receipt in the return package. We cannot accept items with makeup or deodorant stains, perfume, dog hair, cigarette odor, or any other marks or damage.
TINK & POSH reserves the right to deny returns if items are worn, soiled, or damaged. If your returned item is unsuitable for return, you will be contacted. Items failing to meet these criteria will be sent back to you.
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. Refunds will incur a $12 processing fee, deducted from your refund amount. We recommend using a tracked shipping method and obtaining proof of postage if you prefer purchasing your own label with the shipping carrier. TINK & POSH is not responsible for returned items that are not received.
Returns will be processed only after the item is received by us. Please allow 4-5 business days for processing.
Returns are refunded back to the original form of payment.

Once your order is placed, the order processing time is 1-2 business days. Once shipped, it will arrive within 4-6 business days. Please note that the delivery times do not include holidays or weekends. Any shipping delays due to weather or postal service shortage are beyond our control.

If a change of address is made directly with your local post office, Tink & Posh will not be held responsible for any lost or misdelivered parcels. Requests for change of address must be made directly with Tink & Posh via our Customer Care contact service prior to your order being shipped.

Tink & Posh is not responsible for lost or stolen packages or packages delayed in transit.
