Thank you for shopping with Tink & Posh. We appreciate your business and support! We want you to love all the items you purchase from Tink & Posh. However, if you change your mind about certain items, our return policy ensures you are not stuck with something you don't love.
RETURN + EXCHANGES POLICY
- Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order. Returns received after this period will be denied.
- Items must be in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, and with tags attached. Include the receipt in the return package. We cannot accept items with makeup or deodorant stains, perfume, dog hair, cigarette odor, or any other marks or damage.
- TINK & POSH reserves the right to deny returns if items are worn, soiled, or damaged. If your returned item is unsuitable for return, you will be contacted. Items failing to meet these criteria will be sent back to you.
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. Refunds will incur a $12 processing fee, deducted from your refund amount. We recommend using a tracked shipping method and obtaining proof of postage if you prefer purchasing your own label with the shipping carrier. TINK & POSH is not responsible for returned items that are not received.
