- Once, your return is approved, you will be refunded back to your original form of payment.
- Item must be returned within 21 days of receiving your order. Anything received thereafter will be denied.
- Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed and with tags attached. Receipt must be included in the return package. Once the item has been received, the returned items will be inspected before a store credit/gift card is issued.
- TINK & POSH reserves the right to deny a return if the item/items are returned worn, soiled or damaged in any way. You will be contacted if your returned item is not suitable for a return. Any returns which fail to comply with the above will be sent back to you.
- The customer is responsible for the cost of the return shipping and it is non-refundable. We recommend that customers return items with a tracking number and ask for proof of postage at the time of sending out the returned items. Any returned items that are not received by TINK & POSH will not be issued a store credit. We will not process returns until your item is received by us.
