RETURN POLICY
Thank you for shopping with Tink & Posh. We appreciate your business and support! We want you to love all items that you purchase from Tink & Posh, but if you change your mind on certain items, we have created a return policy so that you are not stuck with something that you don't love.

- Once, your return is approved, you will be refunded back to your original form of payment.
- Item must be returned within 21 days of receiving your order. Anything received thereafter will be denied.
- Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed and with tags attached. Receipt must be included in the return package.
- TINK & POSH reserves the right to deny a return if the item/items are returned worn, soiled or damaged in any way. You will be contacted if your returned item is not suitable for a return. Any returns which fail to comply with the above will be sent back to you.
- The customer is responsible for the cost of the return shipping and it is non-refundable. We recommend that customers return items with a tracking number and ask for proof of postage at the time of sending out the returned items. Any returned items that are not received by TINK & POSH will not be issued a store credit. We will not process returns until your item is received by us.

- You will be informed via the email address that is listed on your TINK & POSH account once this transaction has been processed. Returns will be processed in the form of a Tink & Posh digital gift card.
All orders should be returned to the address below. Please note that the goods are your responsibility until they are returned to TINK & POSH. A return will not be processed on item/s that are not received or are lost in transit.

TINK & POSH is not responsible for any shipping fees for returns or exchanges. Buyer pays postage to return or exchange.
FINAL SALE ITEMS
All final sale items cannot be returned for a store credit or exchange. Any final sale item that is returned will be refused and returned to the sender.
